i called jio customer care service and told them to guide me for recharge as they had a cash back offer , i followed the steps they told me if i pay through paytm wallet ill get 100% or more cash back…i never got cash back. i called them they said contact paytm and when i contacted paytm they said they never had such offer contact jio, i again called jio they said they cant help me only paytm can ,,….they cheated me..
