Hi everyone,
I purchased a product from Paytm mall dated on 08-April firstly they did not deliver on the promised date this will be delivered after a day and when I open the parcel I saw the worst product quality and when I see closely the product this was used by someone and product has a big black spot. I am really disappointed with #PAYTM after this when I register the complaint customer care is not responding accordingly they are even not answering the query
Please resolve this ASAP
