I have ordered daikin 5 star split inverter air conditioner from paytmmall on 17/06/2018( copy of bill attached) and the offer was there by paytmmall that if any inverter series ac is purchased in the month of June 2018 the cost of standered installation that they is 1500 rupess plus GST will be given by paytm in the form of cashback to the coustmer in his paytm wallet with in 10 days of delivery.
I got my ac delivered on 22/06/2018 but still they have not given me cash back, I have talked to paytm coustmer care number of times but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer they are running from there commitment made at the time of purchase this is complete violation of coustmer rights,, I demand justice thanks
