I received an amount of 20000 on April 1st through paytm merchant site. Paytm supposed to be transfer the money to my bank account by April 2nd . Till Today they haven’t transferred my money to my bank account . Every day for 17 days I called there customer care every time they used to tell me technical issue wait for 24-48 hrs . Till today I haven’t received money .
No one is giving me proper answer . They used to tell me we will arrange call back ,no one tried to reach me till today .
