I purchased a refrigerator by prepaying PayTM, as I saw the product was out for delivery I called and confirmed the delivery date with the person and it was not satisfying. I have paid higher price for the product compared to other vendor and the product is being delivered late!!. I cancelled the order with the PayTM and got a message stating the refund will be processed with 14 days after the merchant receive the the product with was out for delivery. It is exactly month from the order cancellation still not hearing from PayTm on the issue and could not contact them back because of the pathetic technology they use to avoid the calls of the customers with complaint purposely.
