Dear Executive Team,
I am a registered Paytm customer with mobile no. 7838699647
This is to draw your attention towards Query Ref # 107298372 and 10467513 which is open yet but Paytm support staff is not resolving the issue.
I had made a payment of Rs. 410 to pay my Monthly postpaid bill with Transaction Ref # 900446606312 but the transaction somehow failed and the amount had been deducted.
I had made several attempts to get my refund back as the matter is already took more than a month but everytime the staff ignores my complaint.
I also had a word with my bank in this regards, which clearly states that no request of refund has been made from customer.
