I booked my airasia flight ticket from paytm for 24 April 2020 due to lockdown I canceled my ticket. Paytm showed ticket is refundable and they will refund within 48hrs but I still haven’t received refund. My pnr is IZ6BYS. I contacted AirAsia they said to contact paytm to get refund.
