Hi Team,
We have purchased Bingo U8 Black Bluetooth Smartwatch from PayTM and due to the performance issue, i was not satisfied with the product and placed the returned shipment.
One of the PayTM authorized person came to my home and took the watch and he mentioned that i will be getting the amount from the account i have booked ( I have purchased the watch on cash on delivery basis but they are not ready to pay when they have pick the watch from my residence) and after that when i tried to reach them via chat or some feedback form (THAT ARE THE ONLY OPTIONS I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM) they are least bothered to provide a response.
So i am reaching you to provide justice.
