The tickets were booked on Nov 14th 2021 . The tickets were cancelled the very
next day. Several complaint ids had been created and were closed automatically without confirmation from my side.
I was told to receive the refund within 30 days and now its about to be 60 days , the paytm app is not processing my refund of Rs 10866 .
Kindly look into this matter and provide me my refund.
