Paytm fastag has troubled me a lot, They wasted my Money and time as well.
They are neither closing/Deactivating and fastag nor activating it. Because of which I had to pay double toll till now about Rs. 200 I had to pay extra. And for my next trip in the next week Instead of Rs. 600 I will have to pay Rs. 1200.
Again Rs. 600 loss. Paytm is not bothered about this, I raised closure request on 02/07/2022 they asked me to wait 3 working days and I waited patiently.
After that I called Paytm customer care again to check they are stall asked me to wait till process, Still I am waiting.
Today on 08/07/2022 they show as my fastag is closed but when I try to buy new fastag it says your vehicle is already registered with paytm so I cannot buy a new fastag. When I checked my fastag status in NPCI website it shows Status as “inactive” that means paytm has only kept it inactive not cancelled/ Deactivated.
But when I try to buy new paytm fastag they allow to buy. These goons want us to only buy Paytm fastag again they are not allowing us to buy any other company fastag.
Neither they are activating my fastag. As RBI has banned their KYC we cannot use paytm wallet also nor complete KYC.
The situation for me is like half murder. I have to pay double toll for life time it seems.
They are forcing us t only buy paytm fastag.
I request the government to take strong action against this company and levy a heavy fine or suspend their licence to sell fastag for such a cruel act.
I hope I will get Justice!
