Text of Complaint by Bhavesh Patel:

on 19th May morning i was wonder that suddenly my wallet credit was freezed due to no kyc. when i saw this i shocked, i am regular user since 2017. since there kyc was ok but some how due to their technical issue i was suffered. then i had decided to close all service from Paytm, that is why i have close my fastag on 29th May 2022. my fastag account with Paytm was deactivated on 1st may. Paytm has standard timeline to provide refund within 10 days (working days).since after 15 days when i had called up the customer care the executive replied that we will highlight your issue and will be resolve ASAP. they are not appropriately follow up with customer.
