Paytm is among few of the online E-com and Retail companies which emerged during this online transaction era. But unlike other online companies paytm neither provides the user review section (where users post their reviews about the corresponding product) nor do they have an prompt customer care services. We have to wait for minimum of 30 minutes to talk to any of their customer care executives sometimes they don’t even respond after a wait of 90 minutes. They don’t even have any windows for Online customer support where user can message their issues to any customer support executives. It’s just like an blind bet where users might get lucky if they received the right product and might get unlucky if they have been fraud-ed because there is no one to listen to their complaints.
