I have done the transaction via Paytm merchant bar code . Paytm has taken my 3800+ charges without any information to customer via any media
I was raise a request but they are saying due to technical issue previous charges has not debited but Paytm has to intimate me before taking charges and also how Paytm is not resolve their technical issue in 3 months after three months how can Paytm say technical issue and how can Paytm taken charges without any intimation to customer
