The flats that I had ordered from paytm are not of the size as expected. These are too small. I had requested to return the item. But nobody has come to pick up the item yet. And the request has been cancelled without even any person coming to my doorstep and i got the mail that the request has been cancelled due to non compliance of quality at doorstep.
How can they say such a statement when nobody has even come to my doorstep to pick the item up??? I have been waiting since 4 days to someone to come up for pick up. And now i have got such a mail!
Is the kind of service paytm people provide to public????? Really disappointed with paytm! Even when i called customer care, there was no customer care executive to answer the call. They just kept me waiting for approx 5 min due to which my balance got deducted as you people dont have an option of speaking to customer care executive in that toll free no. Still i could not file my complaint as nobody answered the call. Now i want them to pick up the item as it is of no use to me and refund my money as soon as possible.
