i have done online shoping on paytm and buy a titanĀ  chronograph watch worth of rs7,485.model no:1489kl01 and order id:7952010743. i ordered it on 13th of april and it was delivered on 20th of april but in fully damaged condition .i make a return request to paytm but some how i select a wrong reason that product is deffective not damaged but send him proper info and sample pic .but they refused and now delaying .when ever i tried to contact paytm then i got only that sir pls kindly keep patient and give some time we are working on it.but till now 26th of april i am still in problem.
