Dear Concern,
I would like to file a complaint against Paytm, always I pays my electric bill online this time I paid with Paytm, my Bill was of Rs 12601 while paying I clicked to pay as all details were saved instantly paytm redirected to HDFC card and an OTP came for authentication by the time I can open and read it Paytm auto read it and the otp gets processed and debited extra Rs 224 as convience charges, I feel big fraud they had started to cheat customers in the way of payment of their bill as convenience charges, pls look into it.
