I Saurabh Awasthi have placed a fastag order from paytm on 23/05/2022 which was then dispatched through Bluedart (AWB- 89819043016) and has reached my city on 25/05/22. Still, every day it goes out for delivery and without any call/ message, it gets updated in the system with some nuisance remark like address change, out of the station, etc.This is seriously disappointing from Paytm & Bluedart both and shows a sheer example of negligence. The contact number on both websites are as useless as Bluedart itself. Upon contacting the merchant, they refuse to help as they have already dispatched. There is no way I should know the address from where I can pick it up. The Order cannot be canceled or returned. Even I cannot surrender also. I am wondering did my product was ever dispatched or if it was just some technical manipulation. Please help
