Paytm mall fraud issue
Dear sir/ma’am I’m Munagala. Madhusudhanreddy, I had been cheated by paytm mall customer calls. once I got a call from a customer care service her name is Nisha Gupta, she told me that she is from paytm mall.
she called me from his number 9073665762.
she told me that my number have got selected in some lucky draw because you order are more in this year and she also told me about my last purchased products I purchased from paytm mall so I believed her not only that she is telling everything my data what I had ordered in last 6 months with shipping address.
I have verifying her number in truecaller is shown Paytm mall marketing . so I believed her
she told me that you have to choose any product among 5 products
1.Dell laptop
2.Iphone
3.LED tv
4.Washing machine
5.L.G fridge
so I choose dell laptop as my gift
then she told me you have to purchase product of at least RS:5000/- and she told that you have buy minimum purchase items are 3 products ,she said while you are purchasing time just inform to me I will guide you other wise your lucky draw will not applicable so according to the paytm mall customer service I’m doing she told me that I will give a merchant account through this you have pay then I have paid to merchant account of 9091061853.
After completion of payment she sended a text message then In that message information is wrong.
And on the next day I received a call from paytm mall customer service 9073665762 telling that he is from dispatch department from this number 6931709430622 and he want to confirm my gift and product and I confirmed them and then he told me my address which was exactly same as I entered in my paytm delivery address.
And than he told me to pay GST tax of the Dell Laptop which was around Rs:9999/- he talked same as a customer executive then I understood why these people are asking every time money but at that time I really don’t have money to send and he said it will refunded your amount within 10 minutes but I did’t pay.
These was happened I complaint to paytm mall they didn’t respose any thing are they dealing with this type of activities what’s going on once again I’m requesting to paytm mall company and paytm bank to refund my Rs:5123/- back within 24 hrs.If I call to them means their network is switchoff mode or not in coverage area .so please take an action against them.
I have all proof they are their bank account details ,transition I’d, screenshots, call recorder,mobile numbers so try to track them and take an action them.I hope you will may solve my problem as soon as possible.
