Dear Sir
Before one and half year paytm offer a swap machine and paytm executive install 2 swap machine that time he asked mobile no for otp and my staff give her no. 9528250646, he not inform us that mobile no is use in merchant account. its 1st fraud because i m a owner and he should be my mobile no and give proper information . we pay 4500/- per machine. after three days we found error in machine and we inform to paytm but after many reminder he not consider our request . from that time we are not using paytm machine . we informed many time that we not required machine but they are not hearing anything and without any confirmation he deduct amount 2000/- which was paytm amount of my staff no. 9528250646 which is mention in my merchant account. its a big fraud . when we not use machine and inform for disconnect many time then why we will pay rent.
