Today my wife booked movie tickets and found that an additional charge of Rs29 per ticket was taken in the name of cancel protect! She did not intend to avail the service, but was forced by your app to pay up. Ideally the option if made should be in unchecked mode so that the customer can make the choice. Is this a new way for Paytm to make money by fleecing customers? This to me is a major breach of my trust. Unless you refund the amount taken for this facility, I intend to stop further transactions via your app.
