1. I have  travel from Delhi to chandigarh during up journey 115 Rs deduct from paytm fasttag at gharonda toll plaza. But during return journey toll barrier not open even i have sufficient balance in tag. So i have pay Rs115 in cash. Means I have not get discount on return journey due to paytm fasttag failure. When I complaint the same in paytm they have refused my complaint by saying that everything is OK from our side. Paytm fasttag service is worst.
