My fastag is damage due some issues in May 2022 .I submitted the complaint in Paytm fastag company for my fast replacement. but they didn’t replace my fastag to till date .I paid 100 Rs for replacement changes. But they are not replacing my fastag . unable to reach paytm ..no email fesility ..chat bot is not responding …ticket raised ..called no response from Paytm..
