Hi Team
Brought a Fastag from Paytm on 26th December and encountered that it is not yet activated which resulted on my next journey. Raised multiple queries and uploaded required docs but the issue is still not resolved. It seems @Paytm is trying to close the query with feedeek without resolutions. Called the customer care around 20 times in this 9 days but they ask us to wait for next 72 hours.
Please have look into it and let me know for further concern on the same.
