I have ordered a fastag with PAYTM and the delivery was attempted when I was not at home. It’s been a week since the delivery attempt. There is no reattempt later. I have called XpressBee, the courier partner. It’s a useless brand with the IVR not recognising thier own tracing number. PAYTM customer care number is another fraud care with no option to talk to executive. Automated IVR would say the delivery would be attempted in 24 hours. For four days nothing happened.
got a call from PAYTM and they promised delivery in 24 hours.
I couldn’t wait for the fastag to travel due to pathetic service of PAYTM. Delivery dates are not followed. Cancelling is not allowed for Fastag. Do I have to waste my money and get new one?

please never go for PAYTM mall orders. The customer service. Courier partners are all third rated services.
