Dear Sir,
I have made request for fastag deactivate on paytm fastag on 31st Dec. 2019 and after that on 04.01.2020 and 10.01.2020. Every time I listen only one answer from customer care team that within 4 working days it will be deactivate, but till date fastag is activate. I am totally disappointed and frustrated with paytm fastag service and answer.
Please do the needful.
