Have purchased a paytm fastag and on trying to use it at the tolls said it was blacklisted.
Tried again at the next toll. Same issue. Paid double both times.
Called paytm helpline. No answer. Messaged 10 times. No answer. Email says can’t help, have shifted.
Have approx 2500 plus in paytm account linked to the fastag.
