Sir,
I have purchased two fast-tags for my two vehicles from your Noida office on 9 December 2019 and the wallet of only one vehicle is created and the other is still pending from the above said date.
I have raised several complaints at the customer care but all went in vain. As told by the customer care representative I had shared the image of RC’s and fast-tag number given by the dealer but the customer care representative are unable to solve my complaint.
And after all this I am forced to right this complaint to you. Sharing my paytm number 9034444090 and the query no. Lodged on 9th December 2019 i.e. 149072224. Regarding which I had already shared the document.
Please see to the complaint and take strict action to solve the problem.
