Hi

I have added 3 Paytm  coupons worth 1000 each and one 1 Paytm coupon worth 500,means total e-coupons value was 3500.

When I added these coupans using my Paytm which is linked to my number 9718817765 it showed sucessfully added  and money will be credited with in 24 hours. This was done on 29 Oct’2018am 30 Oct’2018,respectively .

After that I revived 1000 as in my wallets but remaining amount was not credited till date… It ha been more the 18 days .

Given complain to Paytm but they are not taking action only asking for transaction I’d ,but these fools don’t that while adding E-coupans there is no transaction I’d gernated .Attching the screen Shoot for the same ..

Please look into the matter and help in resloving the query asap.
