I was unable to login to my Paytm Savings account for some reason. Then think of reset the password. But could not do the same. They showed a number for reset it. But the Number is not being connected from my registered Mobile no.
Tried another customer support numbers but hardly got any help. Then I raised a complaint from Paytm apps. They again replied mentioning the same useless number which I couldn’t connect for last two days. When II mentione that to them.
They enquired about my State and service provider. After that they did nothing. I mailed to care@paytm.com. Now they says that I have only option to communicate is the app.
No outcome is there to solve my issue. Not any customer support team to talk with. Vague number charging high call rates but no personnel available to talk with.
I am afraid to keep an account with this manless organisation.
