I use paytm Business app for recive payments on my shop LOVELY GIFT AND GENERAL STORE. BUT PAYTM DIDN’T SATTLE AN AMOUNT 1595(20/62020).ICALL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE,THEY SAID ME TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT,I HAVE DID SO,BUT TILL NOW THEY ARE UNABLE TO SETTLE MY PAYMENT TO MY ACCOUNT. RECENTLY ONE MORE PAYMENT OF 450RS (27/6/2020) IS ALSO PENDING WITH PAYTM.SO PLEASE GIVE ME WAY,HOW I CAN GET REFUND MY PAYMENT,
