I ordered Ultimate nutrition iso sensation 93 2.26kgs. Order number- 6023719352 on 13th September 2018. I received a rotten tender coconut on 19th September 2018. I complained about this after opening my product. I was shocked. Each day they made excuses and asked for different pictures of the fake product i mailed them but each time my mail bounced back but then i messaged the pictures through paytm contact us option. After calling them 10-15 times and waiting for 9 days almost today i received a mail stating that they have investigated and will not refund my money back rs 6352 which is a big amount. I called them and they said their team has investigated and found that they have sent right product. Iam mentally tortured now. Even i received a call from a stranger who threatened me and said that he is calling me from paytm and will not give my product and if i want my product back i will have to transfer 2000 rs to his account. That person knew my address and full name. I mailed to the cyber cell of paytm but they did nothing.
