Hello Team,

I would like to know why is my account getting logged out from my android phone frequently and when I try to re-login it says the credentials are invalid though it is the correct one. I have saved all my credentials and hence I’m sure that I will never enter it wrong.
Following to that I’m asked to call (which directs to an IVR) from my registered phone number to get a reset link which is not a toll free contact. I doubt this is a fraudulent act done by the Paytm team just to earn some penny from the customers.
Why isn’t there a system to generate a link when a forgot password is hit and a link is automatically sent to the registered email and phone number. I’m sure it is not hard to set that up as all the other e-commerce sites follow this tradition.
This is clearly evident that it is a strategy to earn some extra money by fooling your valued customers. I now understand this is the way you pay your customers with your so called “CASHBACKS”.
I demand an explanation for this and would like to escalate this to the higher management of the team. I will have to raise a complaint against you to the consumer court.
