I ordered 2 Cortina polyester curtains vide order 11600928551 on 16th Aug, however the orders were delivered as 2 different packets, one curtain turned out defective and I immediately shared relevant snapshots with PayTm chat team to return and refund both curtains.
However the team has only arranged for refund and sinply refuses to return and refund the 2nd curtain.
I have sent multiple emails only to get the same standard response!
Please understand that I ordered 2 curtains and if one of them is defective, what am I supposed to do with the other curtain. It is useless for me.
Please arrange immediate pick up and refund of the 2nd curtain
