Paytm deducted money from the card but won’t let me use my money added to the wallet. On calling customer service the simply kept hanging up 7 times claiming they are unable to hear. I mentioned I will be recording the call as proof. The person I spoke to was behalf.

As of last month I was informed by paytm since I crossed the limit of 10 k in Jan I should not use the application and wait for the Mon of Feb. I was able to add money however not able to use it. And now I get a message complete kyc to use money. On calling customer I was able to hear the customer service agent and it was the same agent who pick up my call 7 times and hung up on me.
