As of last month I was informed by paytm since I crossed the limit of 10 k in Jan I should not use the application and wait for the Mon of Feb. I was able to add money however not able to use it. And now I get a message complete kyc to use money. On calling customer I was able to hear the customer service agent and it was the same agent who pick up my call 7 times and hung up on me.
