During a recent transaction on 5th Feb 2018, money has been deducted from my sbi a/c but not showing in wallet or passbook of paytm. The transaction details is not showing in paytm, so I could not complain in paytm website and ask for a refund. Below are the details I received through mail.
Purchase worth Rs 372.7 on POS PAYTMWAL1210203 at PAYTM txn# 803613023257. Order ID w5ec-6rxj@1.
I have an email from my bank and a text message from paytm also. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.
