It was deya sum of Rs 300 from my paytm wallet without any information or confirmation and when I asked this then they said you are subscribed to get woo.
My concern is if there was anything then they might have made a confirmation as we are totally depend on paytm as we deposited amount in their custody if any thing was done as they were saying that it was of renewable fee but if they will deduct any renewal fee then paytm should have confirmed it to me or asked me.
After all this when I asked them to not pay any further amount to them then they are saying we will pay it next time also if I don’t unsubscribe it.
I don’t know what was this service then how would I unsubscribe it. Also all amount is mine if I’m saying not to pay anyone then how could you do this. You can’t pay my money to others if I deny.
It’s a Matter of serious concern.
