Today I went to Vodafone store, at Asuran, Medical college road, gorakhpur for postpaid to prepaid conversion. There was problems related to my bills & further recharges for which i was asking my questions. The employee said she can not solve my problems and said to go away otherwise she would call the police by calling on 1090.I want to ask that 1090 is a women helpline Numbers, which crime i did that she warned me to sent me to jail. Is asking about my problems is any crime??? Plzz take some strong action

sir i am jeetainder kumar using your mobile number 9643727815 last three year but till network issu i bisit vodafone store school block shakar pur today my token no.212 voda fone 30 minute i wating after i taking floor super visor mr sumit but sumit misbehaviour taking me if yoy not trust so chech cctv futage1.50pm and all stor staff misbehaviour and no taking me.my internet problumb last one month.so please early action please.as soon as possible.
