I ordered a stonx 3110 tripod on paytm of Rs-499 . And i received a blank box of product so i complain and paytm refund my money after investigation….
Then i emailed to paytm my refund is processed and i not get benefit of 200rs cashback , Then paytm care email me , “place a fresh order of 399 Rs. or more without using any promo code , once product shipped we credit 200 rs cashback in your paytm wallet…
After this i placed a order of 433 Rs and informed to paytm care on same email “i ordered a product of rs 433 please give cashback when product shipped” then paytm care reply – this promocode can be use only in once a month.
- They totally changed from his words hi have proof his emails …
