I called 50 timea in merchant customer service but no any agent received my call after 1:45 call will be disconnected auto and i am facing big issue regarding to cahge email id in paytm account

I have transferred rs 700 from my paytm account to my bank account and it has been deducted from my paytm account and not reflecting to my bank account and it’s been almost 3 days.
So when the problem will be resolved.
Please help me,i have similar problem as u.how ur issue get resolved
