I am Pragam Kumar Srivastava. I wish to complain “Victoryone infraprojects pvt. Ltd.”. They are not refunding my booking amount in Victoryone Central Projects. I had paid 2.94,937.00 Rs. in feb 2016 to Intellect Projects Pvt. Ltd and cancelled at Apr2016 . I am trying Amount recovery from builder still not getting success. All of builder guys initially they have given positive response but at the end they unabled to refund my amount. During police investigation , they told ” builder have 1 lakh and broker have taken 2 Lakh”. Broker have shown their invoice ,in this invoice 34950Rs shown. After this builder told “We can give only 1 Lakh and you will never arise this matter” and written a letter with signature as well as they have shown i am borrower of company . I had deposited 2,94,937.00 Rs in builder account. Discussed with lawyer and response that builder should return booking amount after 10% deduction(30k) and 1 Lakh rupees they have promised and you can also apply interest rate for your booking amount.
