Dear Paytm,
I am having my Medical store at wagholi Pune.
1 week ago PAYTM Representative has came to my store and taken my no and all details for PAYTM account and given me a barcode and display board of paytm but my many customers are doing the payment through scanning my Paytm code but i am not getting that amount either on wallet or in my bank account although he has taken my cancel cheque photo also and told me that amount will directly get deposited In my bank account.But now I am getting message of transaction with transaction I’d but I m not getting my money actually.
So it’s now more than a week that I am not getting where my money is going? And now I am doubtful of PAYTM services.
And the customer care no for Merchants it’s not get connected any how.
Please resolve the issue immediately or give my money back to my account.
