I tried to purchase product worth 5362 from myntraand I choose paytm to pay money but the cash got redeemed but order don’t get placed. When I contacted myntra they said they didn’t got money yet and asked me to contact paytm customer care.i need my money refunded

On 19th may myntra delivered wrong product worth 1599 which done cash on delivery but there is no request in the app for which i filed complaint for the same and i got the time line of 24-48 hrs. till now i didn’t get any update so i called for the complaint follow-up of 23 may 12.20 am but the advisor name ayushi misbehave and hang-up the call on my face .now what we need to think about the myntra its shoukd be banned in world wide if this kind of service is provided by the myantra
