Hello Sir,
I want to bring into your notice that I have placed an order of Hitachi 5 star rating AC in paytm and the paytm has delivered the wrong model number ( RAW518KUDZ1 ) instead of Model Number ( RAW518KUD/DZ1 ) and wrong manufacturing year ( June 2017 )of Hitachi AC instead of ( 2018 ) manufacturing year model in my house and also the wrong model of Hitachi AC which the paytm has delivered does not have a 5 star rating in AC
Sir,
I have ordered and paid for the 1.5 ton 5 star rating Hitachi AC 2018 manufacturing year model and the model number which I have ordered is RAW518KUD/DZ1 and I am surprised to see that the delivery department of paytm does not even bothered to check and verify the product before delivery.
Sir, this is my first experience with paytm mall shopping and it is not acceptable behaviour from their side as the paytm customer care department does not even reply to the e mails Sir,I have paid the full amount to the paytm and they have broken my trust.
So it is therefore requested to you that kindly give the direction to paytm to take back the wrong product and refund/deposite my full amount of 30570 Rupees in my account.
Sir,I have attached the screenshot of wrong number of Ac and year of manufacturing for your record. And also i have mentioned the order details for your reference and record.
