Dear Sir/Madam,
we have ordered one DAIWA -4K D50UVC6N ULTRA HD LED TV on paytm , where its clearly written ultra HD tv , but when it delivered we did installed and run the TV,
what we shown that was just made us unhappy , this tv does not have any quality of ultra HD quality and its working very slow.
Now when I ask paytm to return this TV , they are unable to help me saying that , please contact TV brand for return the product,
my question is if I have purchase it from paytm , why I should folloup with TV Brand for return the TV
I am having problem with product quality, actuly on Paytm mall its showing 4K D50UVC6N ULTRA HD LED TV, but while playing, its not showing any quality of ultra HD, the video is not clearly visible .
I am very unahppy with product quality , whats showing in advertisment is just making us fool.
Request you to Kindly ask paytm to pickup the product and refund my money back.
