hii,
This is to let you know that i transfered an amount of 1900 from my paytm to my SBI account. But the concern is that Paytm is showing the transfer to be successful but havnt received the amount in my SBI account yet.

Unable to raise return option
I have ordered one LED TV 32 inches Panasonic from paytm vid order 3712381562.date 23rd August 2017. But I recieved the product with in a damage condition (LED screen broken) on 28 th August 2017 which was not send in a proper packing system . The matter immediately reported to the courier (Delhivery) at Duliajan on the same day . They suggested that “You can return the product through Paytm”. Since then I have been trying continuously but unable to process. So I have informed paytm customer care service in this regard on 29 th August 2017. They have told me that my order complain was registered. I have received references no36793844 from them,but the system any This is my grievances against Paytm and courier Delhivery.
