Dear sir/Madam,

I tried to book a train ticket from visakhapatnam to Tirupati on 04-02-1018 for Tirumala express(Train No:17488) using IRCTC via   PAYTM  gateway  bank using SBI debit card ,i don’t know what happend suddenly the page displays  like  try some other booking mode option  and after immediately I got a message in mobile  RS 2,304/- was deducted but ticket was not booked.till now i called so many times the  paytm customer care executives but no one helped me and no one responded ,no one solved my problem.that’s why I am approaching you,please consider my complaint and do justice to me by giving my amount from  that PAYTM  company.
