Transferred money from creditcard to paytm wallet but money went to gift vouchers without notifying or prompting any information regarding this which is really ufair.
Tried to reach customer care and as its automated service its asking for transaction id and on giving the id its just saying wrong id and getting disconnected.
While transferring the money not even single notification given to customer. Kindly help me for transferring my amount back to paytm wallet.
