It might me some problem but for it is large one … So what actually happened I was doing a transaction of rupees 500 thought UPI on paytm(17.3.18) it was rejected and my money got decuted .
Now when i called to there customer care not for one time 17 time which cost me 450 rupees for talking to them .But they were unable to do so .
Now (24.3.18) they want some more days to inspect the fault and they ask for 2-4 days when the period gets over …
Now i dont have any sot of money .as i have to pay that amout to my raliways form which i wont be able to do because the last date will soon be cossed . my whole year will be wasted .
If so i have to cumit some wrong steps. Now i requset those guys to return that money +that money which i have done for recharge
