Dear Sir,
I have booked the Railway ticket on IRCTC through PAYTM Gatway on 16 April 2018 through IOB debit card an amount of Rs.625 . I have not received any refund to my respective bank.The paytm is delaying to refund the amount.still I am waiting for my refund amount Rs 625.
