SIR

I ORDERED AT SAMSUNG PRINTER FROM PAYTM BUT PAYTM DELIVERED A DIFFERENT MODEL OF PRINTER WHICH DOES NOT MATCH WITH DISPLAYS PHOTO. THEN I RAISE A REQUEST FOR RETURN BUT IT REJECTS AS RETURN REJECT BY SELLER THEN I AGAIN MAIL TO PAYTM 4-5 TIMES BUT PAYTM DID NOT PROVIDE ME BETTER SOLUTION THEN I CONTACT NO SELLER AND SELLER CONFIRM HE DID NOT received ANY RETURN REQUEST FROM PAYTM AND ALSO CONFIRM THAT PAYTM USE WRONG CATALOGUE FOR DISPLAY THE PRODUCT WHICH IS MISMATCH WITH THIS MODEL AND AGREED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. THEN I AGAIN CONTACT NO PAYTM ON PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE CONTACT NO BUT I DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM PAYTM. SO PLEASE HELP ME THE SAME.
